A Unique Approach
Swedish
Swedish relaxation massage, oil massage, helps stay in a very relaxed state of being, relieves stress, and helps the decompression of your skin.
Massage can be used to promote general well-being and enhance self-esteem, while boosting the circulatory and immune systems to benefit blood pressure, circulation, muscle tone, digestion, and skin tone.
Deep Tissue
Deep muscle massage incorporates deep pressure to release physical as well as emotional trauma held within the muscles. It has proven to be a very effective massage technique, which is directed specifically to individual muscle fibers. Its purpose is to release the fibers of a muscle while releasing deeply-held patterns of tension, removing toxins, relaxing, soothing and thereby re-educating, as well as encouraging the muscle to operate at full capacity.
Hot stone Massage
Combining hot stone protocols with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The hot stones also expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.
Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a non-invasive therapy that may help reduce stress and contribute to overall well being. Proponents believe that it has both preventative and remedial effects. Shiatsu can be used in the treatment of a wide range of internal, musculoskeletal, and emotional conditions.
Foot Reflexology
Just like your neck, back, and shoulders, your feet can also benefit from a regular rubdown. Foot massage improves circulation, stimulates muscles, reduces tension, and often eases pain. It also gives you a chance to check out your feet so you can get a jump on treating blisters, bunions, corns, and toenail problems.
